Experience

In addition to deferments in court proceedings, we have defended the rights of
clients in proceedings concerning the violation of freedom of assembly and
the rights to freedom of expression, as well as the right to a fair trial (arbitrary
and unjustified court decisions).

At the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic, we have successfully
refuted the failure to meet a deadline for challenging a voluntary auction,
where the client originally sued for the determined ownership but later
amended her action, as a result of which the general courts dismissed her
case for having missed the deadline. Likewise, we have also successfully
objected to the interpretation of restitution regulations in land disputes, as
well as other legal issues.
