Criminal Law

  • representation of indictees, from the first stages of the criminal
proceedings through to the legal proceedings
  • conciliation proceedings
  • deviations from standard court proceedings
  • conditional release, good conduct during the trial period
  • representation of the injured party and exercising claims for damages

The most frequently addressed disputes include traffic accidents, as well as
other crimes of negligence (breach of duties in inspecting a lift or the
operation of a crane) and economic crime (tax offences, fraud, credit fraud),
and violent crime.

Experience
In criminal cases we have successfully applied the result of a lie detector test
undergone by a witness; we also try to develop the ‘fruit of a poisoned tree’
principle in assessing the lawfulness of evidence obtained, and other
measures.
